1. Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
• Non-returnable Items: Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2. Return Process

• Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for shipping the product back.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Inspection: Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
